A 708,000 square foot distribution warehouse is being proposed for quick construction. This warehouse and its parking lots, 133 DOCKS!!, utilities, trucks, entrances, gates and retention ponds will LARGELY fill the property at the Southeast end of Bear Road that adjoins to the N. Susquehanna Trail near the intersection at Church Road. ACCESS TO THIS WAREHOUSE WILL GO RIGHT THROUGH OUR NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES!

Susquehanna Trail, Bear Road, or the bottle-necked Board Road/Church Road Bridge area? ***Do you enjoy living in a country setting, looking at the stars, relaxing outside, hearing the birds, seeing the landscape? ***Are you interested in maintaining your property value? ***Do you believe that your neighbors have a right to defend their properties?

What Amazing Neighbors!!!!!!!!

Neighbors!

I am SO proud of all of you for sharing your hearts and concerns about the very value of your precious homes! THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU FOR COMING!!!!!!!!!! We were nearly 60 strong!! Those on the Planning Commission declared that it was the MOST residents they had EVER SEEN at a Planning meeting, and most Township meetings!!!!!!!!! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our work has just begun!!!! I will be contacting many of you to help us do a few things, but in the meantime:

  • BE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT MEETING, WHICH WILL LIKELY BE A WEEKNIGHT IN OUR HOME AT 3840 BEAR RD.
  • BE PREPARED TO PUT UP A SIGN IN YOUR YARD!!!!!!
  • PUT FEB. 24th ON YOUR CALENDAR
  • AND A FEW MORE THINGS WE HAVE UP OUR SLEEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • TALK, TALK, TALK to YOUR NEIGHBORS and WARN THEM ABOUT THIS PROJECT!!

    Thanks for doing such a great job and taking the lead on our cause. Try not to let the mean comments get to you. I'd like to see how people would react if it was their community. I'll see you tonight.
