This warehouse and its parking lots, 133 DOCKS!!, utilities, trucks, entrances, gates and retention ponds will LARGELY fill the property at the Southeast end of Bear Road that adjoins to the N. Susquehanna Trail near the intersection at Church Road. ACCESS TO THIS WAREHOUSE WILL GO RIGHT THROUGH OUR NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES!

The Next Planning Commission Meeting

Our Next Planning Commission Meeting is Wednesday, March 31st, at 7 PM, at the Manchester Township Building.

I cannot stress enough how IMPORTANT it is that you attend these meeting! If we don't stand up for our homes....... who will???

  1. i was at meeting last night, what a joke!!!and i am afraid the joke is on us.i have a feeling that these people know alot more than what they are saying.i beleive that there is tennant and these people in fact do have a complete understanding of their intentions are.but through double talk and trumped up traffic studies paid for by the very fox that seems to be having its way in the henhouse.we are being treated like a bunch of hillbillies that somehow deserve what we get!!!JUST TELL THE TRUTH!!!I BELEIVE THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO FLY THIS IN UNDER THE RADAR WITH HALF TRUTHS,MAYBES AND KINDAS TO KEEP THEIR OWN COMMITMENTS TO A MINNIMUM,INTENDING TO PUSH THIS THROUGH AND DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS THAT WILL BE CREATED AT A LTER DATE.MUCH LATER!!AND PROBLY AT SOMEONE ALSES EXPENSE.CAN YOU SAY TAXPAYER???? TELL US THE TRUTH!!!THIS WHOLE THING IS REALLY STARTING TO REEK OF CONSPIRACY.IT IS TIME FOR US TO START PERSUING LEGAL ACTION IN THE FORM OF AN INJUNTION OR SOMETHING ELSE ALONG THOSE LINES.PERHAPS EVEN AN INVESTAGATION!!TELL US THE TRUTH!!!
